Thanks guys for putting out another poddy. Always enjoy listening to your views. And, yes, it is a rumour mill this time of year. Is there any truth in the rumour that Steve, after many years of pain & mental torture of following the Tigers has moved to the Byron area to seek an alternative lifestyle? Will we see him bring to the podcast a Zen type point of view in the near future? Will the podcast revert to one hour of meditation (not all that entertaining) and chanting the mantra “Hommm, two thousand and five, hommmmm….”?
The mantra works by the way.
I can see Steve now, walking along the beach, hands clasped together, his shaved head glistening in the sun, except for his small ponytail which moves in time with his gentle footsteps. His black, orange & white robe almost sings in the whispering breeze as he greets passerby with not the commonly used “good morning” or “hello” but rather a cheerful “Sheensy”. Those who are thus greeted look at Steve as he glides past & wonder why it is they feel so affected by his simple “Sheensy” acknowledgment. They are suddenly overcome with a strange sense of oneness and, dare it be said, a great desire to pick up a rugby league ball and throw themselves into the cool waves lapping the shoreline.
Good pod guys. Understand that information will get less frequent and less topics to fill an hour but hope you guys can keep it up over the offseason

Not sure about Eddie or Joel, but Declan and Garry are the polar opposite of a zen style meditation!

Question for @Garry, or anyone else who has an opinion. We have been trying the bottom-up approach to changing the culture of the Wests Tigers for more than 10 years with abject failure. Why will this time, with the new player signings, be any different?
