great podcast last nite boys!!  agreed with what Declan said about Madge really hasnt bought through any Tigers juniors which i havent thought about before.  Also i usually agree with what Steve says but keeping with Madge if the club is going bad just to honor the contract I couldnt agree with, what Garry said i totally agreed with.  If he isnt performing and has 3 wins for the year you cant just keep him because you said you will back him.

My thoughts he has had 4 years, we are not striving ahead and actually going backwards, our team last week was our strongest and it was our worst second half performance. Yes i know we have had injuries but so do a lot of other clubs, i think we need to go in a different direction and i just dont think Madge is the man for the Tigers going forward.  You cant fault him with his effort but we have not improved we have regressed under his reign.  To be  honest as one of the boys said on the Pod he really should have gone at the end of last year.

Anyway lets see what happens in the next few weeks, i just saw on NRL 360 he could be gone by next week, but they said that last year.

We have get this sorted asap as we cant have this dragging on, or maybe MADGE should say back me or sack me (hopefully sack )
