How does one pick a man of the match from that abysmal performance. I might pick Liddle, he seemed to be the only one tackling in the middle even though he had one lazy miss which led to a try.

Hard to give votes to overwhelmed forwards but they all tried. AJ, T'oa and Ken were terrible. Hastings, Laurie and Brooks worked hard with no ball. Nofo was good except for a dropped ball. So...
