@frullens Leaks in an organisation are easy to find just need the will to find it .. not that hard in such a small organisation as the Tigers . The club is a very badly run organisation with no loyalty to the emblem ,a group of individuals looking after themselves and in no way a team pulling in the same direction .It is sad to see this club imploding from the top the leaking is a sign there are unhappy people in the club looking to damage the brand for there own self interest .
Having so many leaks, makes the club look unstable.
If you are a potential coach or player signing, it would have to make you second guess. Particularly when the clubs longest serving player is complaining about leaks from the top.
When Lee says to provide examples of where the board or admin affect in field performance. This is one example.
