To his credit Brooks played very well today, albeit without the responsibility of leading the team around the park.
I thought he played very well too. With Hastings in control everyone looked more slick yesterday.
next week they should roll out the same 1-17 unless Simpkin is injured. I thought Simpkin was excellent yesterday.

It looked like our attack changed a lot this week. Much deeper, and less of a flat style attack which I think suits Brooks better.

I'll be amazed if he is fit to play in 5 days
@unhappy-tiger same. It didn’t look good. If he’s out I think I’d be tempted to put Peachey at 9. I think Liddle’s service puts us on the back foot too much.

Peachey is always looking at getting us to the advantage line .....if he can do it for 80 minutes is a different story
