Swap Talau and Kepaoa and Im on board.
as expected apart from Talau starting. I thought AJ has done enough to come straight back into the team.
That dragons side is mind boggling. No lomax or liddle. Playing mbye at hooker and de belin at staring prop. They have a few genuine game breakers, but it is mixed in with real junk.
It’s a shame Staines and naden arent playing because their backline is slower than my touch footy team full of 40+ year olds. I would be putting through a few early kicks in behind the defence to get them second guessing, then bring bula into some set plays like last weekends noffa try.

Yeah I didnt want to say anything but that is a beatable side. I think Hook is daring them to sack him.

I agree however I can see the logic as Kepaoa offers more off the bench
Don’t get the logic behind Talau being in the top 17. AJ would be my pick for Centre and with Justin on the bench.

Disagree. IMO AJ is a 80min player and offers more at centre or 2RF than Talau. Talau has the same utility value off the bench (can play forwards or backs) but IMO its a waste having AJ on the bench while TT plods in the centres.

I don’t see Tommy as anything more than an average centre. I’d prefer AJ at centre and Blore on the bench personally. Was more pointing out the coaches thinking
Agree with the above - AJ has been one of our better players this year, so would defo have him starting. I wonder if he's still not 100%? Tonsillitis can really knock you around for a week or two.
Did Blore end up getting suspended? I saw he got charged for something in NSW cup last week.
I think AJ on the bench is correct… he’s better used in short stints. Not impressed with Talau, but ya never know when he could have his next good game.
I think it’s Talau in the centres over AJ because , AJ has his future set in the back row IMO.
He can come in and spell Pole/Middle forward , move Bateman in to lock for a period of time , and AJ to the edge .
It keeps him fresh and explosive , to do damage late in the game .
As has been stated before , the most whatever position on the field isn’t the wing anymore , it’s the centres .
This is the thinking I reckon .
Geez we are strong in the back row. Blore , Mansfield, Boyling and Seyfarh all can’t yet get a start but all look quality .
Ben Hunt has been training at hooker this week for the Dragons
