I was already feeling down before that game, that was so hard to watch.
Sadly, I'm beyond caring. I think the fans care more than some players.
After the Parramatta and Souths games in the first round we looked like we were making progress but as the season's gone on, and with the departure of Madge, we've regressed badly. The club is driving fans to apathy.
VOR, I'm hearing you.
Around the time madge was sacked, I felt confident we had resistance, I thought we were improving and I expected to make the 8 next year.
Since then the club have thrown the season away by appointing Noddy, releasing and loaning players. I can't see how this last few months improves us into the future.
I would think every decision has been made for the best intentions. But sometimes when you make decisions for tomorrow at the expense of today, tomorrow may never come

I watched the game on 15min delay so I could fast forward through the conversions (and the endless replays) which make it a little more bearable.
But that was so tough.
There were so many conversions you would have finished before the game ended.

How many employers would accept their highly paid staff to put in performances like that?
There is no accountability.
We need to be ruthless in our decisions around contracts and rosters.
Years of mediocre performances and lack of consequences has lead to this year.
I hope a wooden spoon and some insipid performances this years wakes up the club and the fans and we start demanding better from all involved at the club.

I've been off the forum a little less than normal, because we are busy moving house but also because of WT predicament.
Just read up on a few threads.
It's getting a little heated, understandably so.
But just remember we are all here because we support the same club and are suckers for punishment.
