Obviously, this is after you've listened to the Wests Tigers Podcasts or aren't listening to Wests Tigers Radio

@declan not a big Mark Levy fan but he did ask Lee some good questions
1. Why are the board and CEO held accountable, instead of always just sacking coaches
2. CoE in Concord is good but what investment in happening in south West?
1. Not sure if there was a very good answer to the first question. He said if anyone can show evidence of how JPs role as CEO has impacted the performance on field, he'd take it to the board to recommend termination.
If I was to disappointed disappointed review I'd suggest the Robbie Farah salary cap fine we had for 2 years? Or the lengthy and overpriced Cleary signings that we are still paying for? Or the bungled nehoitaion of Teddy?
2. Lee said he spend the majority of his time developing a South West policy.
Which sounds great, but it would be even better if they communicated to the members and fans

The question about the Souths West is a poorly worded question as it is easy for the club to answer when there are things like the Macarthur Wests Tigers Junior League to point to, it would have been better to ask what could we be doing better in the South West?
Your answers probably would get brushed off as well as they are all events that occurred years ago. I would counter with why haven't the onfield performances improved during his tenure at the club?

Garry - Need you to do a hard hitting one on one interveiws with WT hierarchy.
Ideally the club should welcome the difficult questions because they ultimately help makes you deliver a better organisation
If we ask the right questions, in behalf of WT fans, it not only holds those to account - it makes the club work harder to get things right
