Can anyone find the Wests Tigers constitution?

2021 annual report makes interesting reading. The club reported a profit of $12m after paying about $3m to Wests Tigers. It has net assets of $70m and essentially no/very little debt. It’s property assets on a fair value (current value rather than book value) basis is $96m (with basically no debt).
Wests Ashfield are completely loaded. The report shows that when they consolidated Balmain leagues it had about 350k of net assets (mostly pokie licenses less a 2.5m loan to the NRL).
The report also stated that the aim of the club was to support the inner west community.
raises some questions as to why:
1) they don’t put more more into the NRL team
2) why they would base the NRL club they own in Campbelltown

Wait till they get their fancy new Leagues Club.

Yeah that is a pretty good summary
In memory of Geoff Chisholm (1965-2022)
My ideal board (I know will never happen)
- Robbie Farah (heart and soul of the club)
- Dene Halatau (Wests Tiger, 6 years working at NRL and ABC)
- Anthony Field (loves the club, businessman, huge connections)
- Steve Waugh (australia's greatest leader)
- Dominic Perrottet (need someone with political connections)
- 1 x member voted positions (the poor sucker)
- 1 X Wests Ashfield members (I know they are 100% owners and need majority share - but this is in ideal world)
- 1 X Wests Campbelltown (I know they don't get along, but need to get Campbelltown inside the tent)
So no one with any experience in running a business?
It seems that the only way to get onto the Wests Tigers Board is to first become a Wests Ashfield Board member. If NRL club members organised as a block I assume we could pretty easily get a candidate elected to the Wests Board. Anyone have any ideas of someone who could galvanise the NRL club members to make a play for a Wests Tigers Members voice in the running of the club?
Not a chance. The incumbents have the backing of the Ashfield community. That’s who’ll you be taking on.
Also you have to be a voting member of Wests Ashfield for a number of years before you can be nominated I believe.

It's a first crack - I had Anthony Field there as a businessman, considering the Wiggles teams in between 25-50million a year.
I would probably keep Lee on, given his legal background- just not as chairman.
Arthur Laundy - could eb a good businessman option also. Given his m he's a tiger supporter
Wayne Pearce if he wasn't a NRL commissioner would be good also
But open for suggestions - who do you think?

I think its totally irrelevant.
He who pays the piper, calls the tune. Whilst Wests Ashfield pay the bills, they will always and must always have the majority of seats. Business 101.
First priority would be to get Dennis Burgess off the board, thats just embarrassing and I defy anyone to tell me what he adds.

1) they don’t put more more into the NRL team
2) why they would base the NRL club they own in Campbelltown
Answer to question one is they are like a small casino. Running a nrl team is not a priority. Infact they don't want to bleed money in thst direction as that is not really a source of business or interest.
Question 2 they are not really. I don't think they are going to do that. Unless it means they have to pay nothing...

My question has always been, wheres the strategic incentive for a Wests Ashfield owned Wests Tigers to be playing out of Campbelltown.
There needs to be sometime of busines alignment to make it make sense.
Given they make a $12m profit a year, they could either:
1. Buy out Wests Campbelltown
2. Directly fund a new stadium at Campbelltown and make money off the tenancies, function spaces etc

1. I assume wests Campbelltown is also wildly profitable (I think they own multiple golf courses etc?) and therefore is not for sale.
2. if they don’t have any actual financial connection to Campbelltown then why even bother playing games there? There charter is to the inner west community. Wests Ashfield separated from Wests Campbelltown in 1996 and whilst Campbelltown had ownership in the magpies (and later Wests tigers) NRL football clubs that is no longer the case. The ownership and funding of the MacArthur junior football nursery is one thing and a genuine community benefit but wouldn’t it make more sense for wests Ashfield to move more games closer to Ashfield (LO/maybe SFS?) than to Campbelltown?

There is no tangible reason to play games in Campbelltown.

@helmesy best argument is that it is a growth area and that you plant a seed a grow with the area over the next 50 years. That would be a very generous move by Wests Ashfield given they now have virtually no connection to that region anymore in their charter. The counter argument is:
1) it’s a tv sport and NRL grants mean most teams should be viable no matter where they go play
2) Wests Ashfield is now on excellent terms with Balmain and will operate a new leagues club in rozelle
3) central Sydney is likely where 80% of your existing/large historical supporter base is
4) central Sydney is likely where all your corporate sponsorship comes from
Does Wests Tigers have a charter?
While WT is majority owned by Wests Ashfield (and Wests Magpies) it isn't Wests Ashfield.
You'd think there's a charter that guides the Wests Tiger board?
