Certainly Lee and his heads of agreement belongs there. That was down right embarrassing for a so called lawyer and the club.
Even I know heads of agreements are not enforceable on there own and only set out the terms of what the contract will be. It means nothing if the contract is never signed.
Most lawyers (and I know or should say knew a lot) are 90% bluster. They usually only get real when they get into court.
Don’t mean to offend any lawyers here but this is my experience obtained over several decades.
