@hodgo we also need a change in the roster particularly at Prop in my opinion. A different coach with the same roster next year would also find themselves in trouble I reckon.

I have a legitimate question that im curious about people's opinions on.

I was a madge fan but I am not against the change for the reasons they are suggesting. However we have tried changing just one person (head coach) a fair few times now to little effect.

Is just madge leaving Enough?

To me if we are going to change it needs to be holistic with new ideas from top-down. IMO 1 bloke isnt going to do very little to fix our problems.

It’s a good question. I would say that if things don’t change in coming years the focus is going to increasingly fall onto Justin and Lee, especially if they don’t land Ciraldo. So now, no, future, yes.

@helmesy arent we just repeating what we have always done though. How are fans supposed to cop another 5-year wait from the same people that governed the last 10?

We are definitely not just doing the same thing. We have poured thousands into resourcing pathways. That is our future. Our CEO is less involved in football decisions as we have introduced a head of football. He now can focus on his particular strengths. We parted ways with Hartigan and changed our assistant coaches. We definitely have a more strategic approach to recruitment and retention and we are about to move into the best sports facilities on the east coast.

A lot is changing, just not winning games yet
