@helmesy I wonder if Doueihi & Brooks are ok with waiting for a decision from Moses? If no offers from Tigers yet why not look around? Depends on their management I guess.
There may not be many other offers.

They are looking around (even if they are not). What I mean is these two players are on the market, any club can make an offer at any time and if any club valued them highly enough, they might well have signed elsewhere by now. IMO what is much more likely is that both of these players are starting to get a dose of reality regarding their market value which seems to me to be less than their current contracts based on the lack of interest/movement. My gut feel is that any sniffs for them both are way lower than they are getting now and they are both willing to wait on Tigers final offers.
I could be completely wrong in many ways but thats how it seems to me and that is how it should be. The injection of quality into the squad will make a lot of our contracts more realistic. Players like Hastings, Doueihi, Brooks and even Nofo have had their worth massively inflated because they have been the best players in a rubbish squad. Reality is biting and its a good thing for the club IMO.

spot on. Hopefully this is reflected as an attitude adjustment also from people like noffa and to some extent Douhie (I’m a 6).
@tigertownsfs think Brooks will take a restructured type deal to end up a one club player and be coached by Sheens
As for AD he is in a different spot this contract needs to be a good one for him. Still think uncle Wayne will come knocking at dolphins if he wants to play 6

The main takeaways for me were:
- captain is likely to be a new recruit
- big wraps on the young brigade, particularly stef and pole
- the trials will be very interesting
@skippa13 I thought he saw the new signings as natural leaders anyway, I would think captain would be either 1,6,7, or 9
Either Api c and Douhie vc
or
Api c and Brooks vc
@skippa13 I know he gave Stef a huge wrap abd Pole too.
I kind of think Joffa down the totem pole maybe bench not starter ? good player but doesn't strike me as a Sheens player.

i took the opposite out of it. He said ideally its an established Tiger, said it didnt matter who because your spine leads anyway. Interestingly he said you can have a centre captain and the spine leads anyway.
So an established player and centre......AD for centre and Captain anyone?
Interesting take from Supercoach analysis nothing we haven't all assumed.

I wouldn't take a lot out of that, AD hasn't trained yet.
