Has anyone watched the player interviews on WT website this week? Journalist questiosn were actually quite good - worth a watch
Highlights:
- Brooks says he's been playing second rexiver last 2 weeks but just been wearing numbe 7 - so wearing no 6 isn't an issue
- Brooks kind of pushes back against the media crap he gets - feel for him when you watch thus stuff
- simpkin sounds keen to play well and lock in his spot
- Garner pretty upbeat and defiant
- Journalist- makes the point a few time strategies Hastings very vocal at training - sounds like the dominant half we need
- Musgrove talks about what make WT look Penrith 2 years back - young group, tight group, all love each other
- Musgrove - says he stopped using social media when he got his girlfriend- lol!
Overall they still sound positive and together group. Still have hope they are in a good head space and can turn this around to save the season

If anyone is worried what type of performance the boys will put in this week - watch Joffas interview - he seems very determined and very clear.

Very impressed with Joffa. Doesnt talk in cliches. Appears to speak straight and plainly. Also impressed with his efforts on the field.

A surprisingly good listen.
One point that stood out and give me some confidence. Lee mentioned that on all benchmarks Tigers players led with all fitness stats and parameters and that Sheens said he "didnt need benchmarks to see that they arent fit enough". Good to hear Sheens can see what we can all see as well.
Extra bonus points for the inclusion of the old Balmain "Im a Tiger" song. I loved that song, shame we cant adopt it with the Balmain baggage.
Also interesting to hear Lee say that the spiral down to 16th was inevitable and that there were problems within the Club. He didnt say it, but Igot the vibe he meant Madge (at least in part).
