rang them Monday they were like they haven't allocated tickets yet .....
It really isn't good enough, I usually do the merch and card as a Christmas present for my daughter but that is not an option this year.

I had a conversation with a person working with the Wests Tigers on strategy and transformation and I was taken aback by how little they focus on, or value technology, including advancements and new capabilities in that space. It's actually my area of expertise, and I believe the mindset and lack of investment probably explains the varying experience members are having. An example is I ordered a few items online, and when I went in to pick them up, I realized I was charged the full cost and the members discount was not applied. Even though I was logged in as a member when I purchased the items. This is a pretty simple system to put in place and should automatically apply the member discount. When I raised it with the lady behind the counter she just shrugged her shoulders and said discounts aren't applied to sale items...I turned to my left and pointed to an item that I had just bought and the lower member's price. Suffice it to say I did not push it with her as it's not really her responsibility to get this stuff right. On the opposite side of the coin, I had a pretty smooth experience with my renewal and delivery of members kit. Things like this remind me of the comment the Dominos pizza CEO made when he said that Dominos is a Technology company and that's how they maintain their competitive advantage and stand out, it sure isn't the quality of their pizza's.Finally received (16/12/2024) my Membership email for 2025 to redeem my membership pack.
