“Your 2023 West Tigers 10-year tenure items are on their way”
Don’t even know what this is.
I got another message from them today (paraphrasing) "Too bad, so sad".
Despite the fact that I sent them a time and date stamped photo of me in my current members seats from 10 years ago.....they still say its 7.
Have they said what they will accept as proof?

I am trying to decide between the Club and Interstate membership but can't find any info on what exactly is in them or if it is worthwhile for someone in the ACT.
Also if the rollover means that I will be auto-debited on that date or what it means for changing packages.
I have emailed back and forth a couple of times.
Got an email today saying "your Wests Tigers 2024 Membership Pack is on its way"
Interesting as I had Auto Renew turned off...
I wonder if they will respond to the email I sent in reply
@mike Family members received the same ..they have already told membership they are not renewing for 2024 a month ago so what is going on . The club is rudderless under this CEO he needs to be replaced ASAP! Maybe he should be applying himself to the business he is employed instead on holidays … we all need a break but when the organisation is falling apart !
Well I reluctantly brought a 2024 membership just before the Nov 30 deadline to keep the same seats. I thought long and hard about it and the tipping point was the review. There is a real chance for something positive to come out of it. So I thought I would give the club one last chance. If the recommendations from the review are ignored, 2024 will be my last membership.

I agree. Since I’m just a GA member I’ve got time to wait and see what they decide to do before renewing. If I had sits I think I would have done the same as you. I also noticed that the first home game I’m at a music festival so I have some time to sit on renewing
Given the historic events of 12/12/2023 at the Wests Tigers I encourage fans, that are financially able, to purchase a Wests Tigers membership for 2024. I encourage all Wests Tigers fans to lend their support to the new direction of the Wests Tigers by posting comments on all Social Media you have access to.
I even added NRLW membership today

I renewed on the day of the announcement. I think there’s a lot of people who’ve pulled the trigger in the past couple of days.
I renewed yesterday.
