I do believe the author of this rather slanted profile of Luke Brooks would have had more of a point if it had been penned last year,but given the much improved form Luke has displayed this year,I think it reads more like a subjective gripe rather than what is actually on display at the present time making the the whole piece rather redundant.
The writer declares Brooks’s salary as 960k this year,and 1.1 million next year.I would love to know where he/she sourced those figures from,and in the act of doing so gives the article a certain lack of credibility.You can’t go plucking figures out of the sky and publicly airing them just to suit your particular bent.

Wow, they are big numbers. Good luck to Luke for getting that kind of cash but poor management by the club. Only the elite should be anywhere near that salary. Luke has talent but is not elite.
