50% of teams every year make the top 8. All things being equal each team should make finals every second year.
Not making the finals 12 years in a row is like throwing 12 heads or 12 tails in a row - odds of 4096 to 1.
Each team has the same salary cap, plus some variables controlled by management (retention, recruitment, club culture, media perception, off-field facilities, coaching, pathways, etc) plus some other such as TPAs that aren't in direct control of the clubs (except the rorters, broncos, storm, etc).
Quite remarkable that the club is so poor in achieving onfield success.

The more Lee talks the more it is evident he needs to go. Telling the fans to keep the faith. Keep the faith in what exactly. It will be one thing this week another thing next week. Half the roster is either leaving or being told too long elsewhere. If they looked like they actually knew how to run a football club I would happily keep the faith but they have shown time and time again there don’t. Please read the room Lee - you are no longer wanted. They only way the fans will have faith is if you walk
