On 02/09/2024, Richo, out of his own mouth in the Behind the Roar podcast explained that the Revised Shareholder Agreement was on the desk of Clay Brown of Clayton Utz solicitors and waiting to be finalised and they cant go to the marketplace for the new independent directors.
Sitting on the desk of the solicitor waiting to be signed off by the shareholders, i.e. Holman Barnes.
Thats not what he said. He actually said that the entire board had approved the recommendations and that it was in the hands of the solicitors.

Everything signed off 3 weeks sgo. So lawyers must have sorted paperwork by now. Looking forward to our boardmembers being annouced soon.

I wouldnt expect it too soon. Once the lawyers have signed of then the 3rd party headhunters can start the recruitment process which wont be too quick.
