Couldn’t find one so I thought would start a thread…and we can put them all here.

INJURY UPDATE: Daine Laurie is expected to miss 4-6 weeks. Grade 2 MCL (knee) injury. More detailed injury report to be posted on Tuesday.

Not a lucky year injury wise. Laurie 4-6. Doueihi saying another 6-8.

Last I can see is Stefano Utoikamanu due back anywhere between Round 10-15. Does anyone have further updates for Stefano?

I asked him on Saturday night and he said he needs a month of contact training before he is ready to play and is still training on his own at this point.

Geebus .....sounds like he is closer to 8 weeks away ...must have had a setback or 2

He said there was no setbacks but is still 6-8 weeks away. He is doing everything but is still training with no opposition at this point. You can listen to what he said here Wests Tigers Podcast 0163 | Wests Tigers Podcast

From NRL_Physio

Scans confirm a grade 2 MCL sprain (partial ligament tear) for Daine Laurie, Tigers expect a 4-6 week recovery time. Will likely spend a few weeks in a knee brace to promote healing

Where is Tommy Talau?

Never appears on the sidelines at home games with other injured players. He was playing his 50th game when he blew his knee and I think there is value in keeping him even after an ACL.

I do worry that the club might have cut him adrift because he is off contract at the end of this season. At the very least if he can get back out on the field and play 10 games or so we will know where we stand.

Does anyone have news?

Can’t find anything specific. Just says Knee indefinite. Probably somewhere around mid season (Round 13-14) I’d say but I’m no medico.

If we can get through these next 4-6 weeks with a few more wins, it’ll set us us nicely for when troops start to come back from injury

Whilst we all want the club to be more transparent with it's fanbase and share more precise injury update information, I feel the truth is more that injuries and when players are ready to play again is not an exact science. People, injuries and recoveries are all unique.

Just saying this for my piece of mind to be honest... Because damn I want AD, Tommy and Stefano  back. Imagine if we were at full strength right now...

Wests Tigers fullback Daine Laurie and centre James Roberts are both facing an extended period on the sideline due to injury.

Laurie is expected to miss between 4 to 6 weeks after suffering a Grade 2 MCL injury in Saturday’s win over the Rabbitohs.  Roberts has been carrying a lower back injury for a while and was a late withdrawal from the game last weekend. He too is facing an indefinite period out of the game.

On the plus side, young outside back Asu Kepaoa is back in full contact training after tearing a pectoral muscle in pre-season.

Kelma Tuilagi will make his return against the Dragons this weekend after missing the South Sydney game through illness.

After injuring his ankle injury in the team’s Round 6 win over Parramatta, Jake Simpkin has continued his strong recovery. The young hooker is named in a 24-man squad for this weekend’s game against the Dragons in Wollongong.

Stefano Utoikamanu is progressing well and not too far off making his return, after undergoing ankle surgery in late March.

Adam Doueihi is targeting a return close to Round 14 after undergoing a knee reconstruction late last season.

Tommy Talau is back doing some ‘graded running’ following an ACL tear in Round 25 last season.  He’s expected to be available for selection later in the season.

And Shawn Blore will not play at all this year after suffering an ACL injury in pre-season.
