Well it’s been known for some time that Brooks is cooked …watched the Reggie game today Wakeham is just as good a player that Brooks is but he brings one important element he kicks goals from all over the park ! Doueihi is a hopeless goal kicker and if they persist with him a bottom 4 berth awaits this team .Nuffie maybe the storm would be interested see ya ,Tupou to the wing .Laurie ?can only make so many changes at once unfortunately…but after watching Young Bulla today Laurie is on limited time anyway will not be the 1 next season.But as we all know Sheens will death ride these guys until the season is gone ,if the changes do happen over the next month the season could work out ok but if not bottom 4 that’s a given IMO.
I'd be surprised if there were any unforced changes.
Hopefully Api fit to play a lot more mins, Bateman in for Blore if he's out following the failed HIA.
Laurie obviously on borrowed time unless he improves big time. The difference between him and Brimson today was immense and enough to win them the game.
@jedi-tiger There has to be a move on Brooks ,he probable was a bit under done but in all honestly if he does not pick up over the next few weeks he has to be replaced !Enough is Enough.
I don’t think Wakeham adds anything on top of Brooks. It’s just a change for change sake.

@the-last-ronin You understand the concept of winning games ? You have to have a goal kicker and Wakeham fits the bill . Wakeham knows his way around the field just as good as Brooks .. at this stage the team has no reliable kicker so you are not going anywhere ..No kicker = no success!

Yes we need a goal kicker desperately. I can’t comment if Wakeham fits that bill as I don’t recall seeing him kick goals. Brooks wasn’t great today but he also wasn’t terrible. A couple of set restarts. Some dangerous runs.
There won’t be unforced changes by Sheens before round 3. But, I reckon a few performances tonight have given him some more clarity. How the hell Nofa is one of the longest contracted players we have is head scratching. Laurie is not the fullback longterm also.

@helmesy agree 100% Nofa is on borrowed time and Laurie might be also... These young kids (Bula, Tupou) that are knocking on the door need to keep their performances high then come R10 we might see a total change.
Would be nice to have outside backs that can catch and hold onto a ball (Nofa looking at you)

anyways I don’t want to blame one person. I thought everyone contributed to that loss. But I also thought we dominated that game , and if he can keep the ball in hand , we will win more than we lose .
