@garry There’s three modern stadiums to chose from .. personally any one of the three would be ok . We want a modern home ground the club picks one we buy season premium memberships ! We have no baggage …
Issue is, every option is a compromise, including the traditional home grounds. There is no right solution for this club, I really believe we missed the boat when the Western Sydney Stadium idea was being floated by not pushing for that to be built at Homebush. It would have been perfect for us, Souths and the Bulldogs.

Where to start?
1. So excited to hear about the strategy. Great it's been pulled together so quickly and great it's being released publicly.
2. Looking forward to hearing what directors are chosen. Very excited to hear they'll be chosen on what they can bring to the club.
3. Surprised to hear the club isn't financially strong. Given that what JP rested on.
4. Great to hear the club operations would be modernised.
5. So glad he was upfront about memberships. That's very very very brave. Not surprised, given how many fans boycotted memberships due to admin. Also admin wanting to fudge numbers to counter the protest.
6. Focus on Westsss Tigers. 25 years of history. Loved that
7. Westsss Tigers alumni - great initiative. My outside view is we always felt like a franchise and not a club. The alumni will help.
8. 9,000 juniors. Just as big as penrith and 3 x times as big as souths. While I have heard about is being a development club. And no juniors in our top 17. I haven't heard it as well articulated as Richo did.
9. There will be a much bigger focus on South West. Can't wait to hear what this entails. He mentioned the leagues club, which is very smart.
10. New motto. Number 2! We are here to win grand finals.
'At the end of the day, what I'm trying to say is' I love Richo, and I think he'll prove some people wrong by showing that CEOs can win you football games

@jedi-tiger The club has made a huge mistake by putting all there eggs into 2 x suburban grounds that are not fit to host NRL… if the team hits its straps 16k attendance is a joke and again locking its supporters out and loosing heaps of revenue .The two individuals that made this decision are gone and hopefully in the not to distant future so will these two grounds ,hopefully the CEO will rectify this and guide the club out of the living in the past mentality .The new membership numbers are a concern not to be unexpected .
Where do you think we should play?
I would set up a junior academy at campbletown and for the next 5 years or so split games

what do Collingwood have 100k members and not all are ticketed, what his saying is right but geez after 10 bad years it might be a stretch for some fans I get it.

I think you should be a member if you care about the club. A non ticketed member is $75. For most that is something that is achievable. If you can’t afford it fair enough. If you can, you should be a member.
Inflating figures so you look like you are doing your job is never a good idea. I much prefer Richo’s approach. Real paying members, ticketed or non-ticketed, as long as they have paid a membership they are members.not a fan of Lee but....

Well sounds like the answer is 'not enough' for both (Even if the split was 100% to one ground)
I.e even if LO got at 7000 members and CSS got none. That doesn't make LO superior, because 7000 members is so low you should fold.
Kind of gives Richo a blank sheet and the all clear to just make the best strategic decision for the club
