Like everyone here I am only interested in the Wests Tigers being as good a club as they can be. I want them to be leaders on and off the field. I want them to be the best footy club in the land. Safe to say we have a long way to go. But with the Centre of Excellence not far away from being utilised by the club I see that as something of a new beginning, well, an opportunity to begin again is probably nearer the mark. An opportunity to begin to get things right. I'm sure the players would be looking forward to it. Perhaps one or two will be close to a return from injury then too. It could recharge everyone's batteries whatever position we find ourselves at that time. We'll see how it goes. I think it'd be a good idea to have some sort of opening ceremony when it does officially open. It should be made a big deal of because I think we need it to be a big deal, something to celebrate and to bring some positivity. We need as much positivity as we can muster not just this now but next week, next month, next year etc. I'm hopeful that the Wests Tigers logo will be proudly represented and I'd like to think the club might even come up with a slogan, or word(s), that best encapsulates who we are and who we want to be so that everyday players, coaches, administrators, staff and visitors see that slogan when they go there. A slogan that might not only inspire but will hopefully become synonymous with the Wests Tigers footy club "moving forward" - thanks Madge. Recently I've see "Stronger Together" mentioned a lot when viewing the club website. I think that'd make for a great club slogan. "Strength in unity" another. I'm wondering what people here think would make for a great slogan?  Oh, and do your best to try to abstain from the obvious negative stuff, we all know there's plenty of that around right now.

There will be opening celebrations.
