There is absolutely nothing this club does with any semblance of excellence. Turned a corner? Not even close. Shit show from top to bottom, start to finish.

There is a culture of mediocrity in this club that is bigger than any individual. It is present everywhere in the organisation. An attitude of 'near enough is good enough.' An attitude where no one pushes standards of excellence. It's why all our teams execute terribly. It's why good players come to us and underachieve. It's why average players leave for other clubs and blossom. It's why our juniors don't flourish. It's why we finish last everywhere. It's why we have less than 10000 members.

Put the game on thinking it may be good to see a Wests Tigers team do well. Boy was I disappointed.

Attention to detail v going through the motions. The first set of six wasn't completed, the second set they received a penalty. Tried to kick for touch into the teeth of a strong breeze from mid field and it didn't make it. The Raiders got on a roll from there and before they knew it the score was 22 nil. Teams spend so much time "warming up" before the game but is anyone thinking about the conditions etc. Especially with Noddy as coach I would have thought kicking into that breeze would have been ruled out. Both the NRWL and NRL teams are absolutely trying their hearts out but unnecessary errors are putting them on the back foot from early in games.
