@Garry These may be obvious and repetitive You can summarise:
For him what is the difference between playing 7 & 13.
Is the attack/organisation the same?
Is there more work for him in defence?
Does he see/play the game differently from 7 as opposed to 13 (I mean what is happening around him in defence & attack for both us and the opposition)? ie do you read the game differently?
What changes/adjustments, if any, did he have to make moving to 13?
