Ive long wanted to get into the NFL, Im sure once I get the details of it Id love it and the Bengals would be the obvious team. Ive never been able to devote the time necessary to get into it.

@garry about a week ago, heard a snap could weight bare but bloody sore, straight to westmead for a cam boot.

I had 2 friends break their ankles in the week leading up to Christmas.

@garry ankles are meant to be pretty bad to recover from.
The problem with a fifth metatarsal avulsion fracture is the ligament tore the bone so you have the hassle of repairing the fracture which is about 6 weeks then some physio after that just to move the ankle etc.
Annoyed also because I would have been keen to go to the belmore trial game. Last time I went to belmore was around 97 I think it was a bulldogs and Penrith game and a huge brawl broke out with police and fans on the hill. Always been a unique place to watch footy, poor balmain never had too much luck at belmore

Bad luck mate, I think the emotion of the Hamlin injury left the Bills a little bit drained leading in to this game and the Bengals just had too much.

KC was the better team, a couple of unlucky Ref calls and a really dumb penalty cost us in the end. We had our chances to win it but just couldn't get it done. I really dislike Mahomes!
