@the-last-ronin I love Going to California so much. Over the Hills and Far Away would probably be my favourite Zeppelin song
so many good tracks. Kashmir has always been my favourite.

Knotfest line up dropped last night and was a nice surprise to see these guys. Mongolian band mixing metal and traditional elements
I was supposed to go to Knotfest this year but had to pull out last minute. The next line up is very polarising, people either love it or are meh about it. I am meh, especially when Slipknot isn't in it. I mean you can't expect them to tour every year but it seems weird.

yeah it’s weird they are not on it but not unexpected. Pantera was my favourite band as a teenager so I’m pumped for it. Saw them in 96 at the entertainment centre. Saw Phil Anselmo and the illegals do a few Pantera tracks in 2019 and he still sounded great so looking forward to it. Not too many others I’m keen on but it’s hard with these small festivals
@the-last-ronin Have you seen the festivals that they are putting on in the States? They are insane! Power Trip festival would be incredible!

Some of those states festivals are stacked. Power Trip looked great and I like the idea of having 2 bands a night over the 3 nights and all of them massive.

I wouldn't mind seeing Halestorm and Disturbed but don't know if I can justify a festival for it.

yeah it’s hard. $240 as well. I’d been talking with a friend about Pantera doing the legacy tour since they first started doing dates again so knew I’d go regardless. I was expecting them to play an individual show where I was going to have to fork out top dollar for pit tickets anyway.
my wife thinks I’m going through a mid life crisis because all these bands from my youth are touring.

Never saw them live unfortunately. Tried to get tickets when we were living in Dublin but the venue was tiny so missed out
@the-last-ronin I'm glad you are going if they are one of your bands. Don't want to miss the last one and considering how long it has been since they last toured you should definitely go.
This one has just been stuck in my head the last couple of days. can’t even remember hearing it recently until now.
