Twal is most likely out injured. Possible that Jordan Miller will debut as his replacement

great for Jordan but we are going to be running out with a under 20s side soon

I think we only have 16 of our top 30 available so yeah.

that’s incredible. However we only have a top 27

I think the total number of NRL games for the team picked is somewhere around 900. Last week the Dragons had over 2,000 games experience in the side. Not sure what the Titans game experience is but I bet is well beyond 900

900 is small and you take out Api and it’s 700 between 16. Very inexperienced squad

Charlie Staines now in doubt, so Heath Mason may debut.

Possible Naden to wing and Faataape to Centre with Mason the bench utility.

This is becoming crazy. I wonder what the least experienced team ever fielded was and how close this team will come.

if your mail is correct we will have 9 players with less than 10 games running out

If Alex Twal doesn’t play the Tigers will have approx 4.3 million of their cap on the sidelines. If you were to throw in the 2 players released, Simpkins & Kepoa, you’re getting very close to $5 million of the cap unavailable. If Staines were to also pull out it’d be $5 million unavailable. For some clubs they might be able to battle through it, win & lose here & there. But for a club coming off back to back spoons, with so much change at the club including a very inexperienced roster it’s a very, very difficult situation to find themselves in.

Unavailable:

Alaimalo    $150,000

Bateman    $700,000

Latu           $500,000

Lachie         $250,000

Klem           $800,000

Ice              $600,000

Bud             $500,000

Star             $250,000 approx

Junior           $250,000  approx

$4 million

*  Twal              $300,000

*  Staines          $ 300,000  approx

Jake              $ 350,000  approx  (not replaced)

Kepoa            $ 250,000  approx   (not replaced)

Would be over $5 million of the cap unavailable if both Staines and Twal pull out.

Still have hope this weekend given we'll have so much experience in our halves and Titans without their 2 best players, Tino & Brimson. Still difficult but that's where my hope lies. Would be great to see as many supporters out there as possible getting behind our boys because they need support now more than ever.

I agree. For the young blokes looking for an opportunity to test their ability at the top level then this is it. Enough with the diva types.

Honestly the more I look at it, I don't think this team is that bad. I probably like it better than last weeks. I think Pole will do well in the back row, and I think Sezer and Api will control the game well. We look much better whenever is Matamua is on the field so hopefully he can play most of the game.

Scrap that, with Twal out Pole moves to the middle. Lobb also out. Faatape to centre, Naden to wing, Heath Mason and Jordan Miller to the bench.

Can’t wait to see how Stef goes. His market value is dropping each week
