Exquisite victory.Inspirational!…..For once scoreboard pressure conspired against our opponents,not us.Invaluable experience for this side going forward.Our lesser fancied outside backs came back and showed some real determination.
Our forwards were monumental,all of them.We bashed them up.
This victory won’t be forgotten in a hurry.In a bleak season,one for the ages.
Post game Api is just all class,as per usual.

One word- Smile. Hasn't been off my face since leaving Leichhardt.
One word: satisfied. That was a satisfying win, we were down early and bombed some tries but got back in the game and got out to a good lead and despite a few hiccups we maintained dominance to the end. If we played like that every week we would have won twice as many games this year
The kids ratings:
Mason: B-. He made some poor errors early and really needs to sort out how to attack the bomb but he made up for it with some gutsy runs out of our end and some classes touches with the ball as part of the backline movement. I have no idea where he plays if we are full strength though
Galvin: A. Superb with ball in hand, always scheming and seems to have got a second wind in the back end of the season. Teams might have worked him out but they can’t stop him.
Latu:A+. Brilliant cameo at 7. Looked wonderful linking up with Galvin or ball playing around his forwards. Was probably the difference in the end between the teams.
Sam Fainu: A- ran straight and hard. There is a very low range between his best and worst games. Wonderful player.
Pole A- is our most impressive forward again this weeks. The only one that can start our sets well enough to get over the 50 by tackle 5. Needs some support.
Faatape B+ very solid in attack and defence. Hard to say now that he’s not a first grader.
