I wonder if Adain Sezer is homesick?
@tiger5150 iI totally agree there was a lot of good performances out there tonight right across the paddock .Until Brooks is removed this team will struggle to get points Wakeham had a good game .. Brooks and Douehi are the issues but as we know Sheens will stick fast , my advice to Benji get the hell out as Sheens is going to drive this club totally into the ground .
Really disappointing again. I think we need to bite the bullet & make more changes, ie. don’t re-sign Brooks & Laurie, get pommy Williams & Welsby over here to take their place. I think that’s best for all parties.
Cant sign Brooks, even on a cheap contract. Unfortunately that ship has sailed. Time to check your passport Luke.

I'm a Brooks fan and will say he is good at running the ball and half the time he is a decent defender, but even I would have hooked him 6 minutes before half time and put Laurie on..... and I don't rate Laurie at all. (not at fullback or half back anyway). Give Brooks a week or 2 in reserve grade to see if he can create a few tries there. That way you can see if he just needs confidence or a change of scenery to pull him out of the slump he is in or whether it's time for him to try his hand at being a plumber or an accountant instead. I really am a Brooks fan but watching him lately is a punish. Change something.... anything!

Agree Wakeham was pretty good. THats about his level, better at least you know you get it each week.

Oh I agree and I dont want Sezer as the solution, but reported this week that leeds were interested in Brooks which means that either Sezer or Blake Austin are leaving. I'd take a sezer/Brooks swap for this year and get a solution for next year later. Round 10 we could use Will Smith which would be serviceable.
It will be interesting team Tuesday to see who Sheens blames for this performance.
Sezer as a stopgap for a year or two is more than passable. Use that time to develop and/or recruit a proper long term solution.
We should be looking to do the same at #1.

this club is so backwards. A coach from 10 years ago, a future coach who is a passed club hero, and looking to play out of Campbelltown and Leichhardt exclusively. Others look to the future we try and reinvent the past.
I love this club but they are seriously delusional with their thinking.
We cannot capitalise on any momentum swings in the game. We make a stupid mistake, give away a 7 tackle set or just choose the wrong option.
