Ive said it a number of times, Brooks 6, Wakeham 7 but that is begrudgingly. Brooks hasnt earned his spot, Doueihi has earned his reggies spot.

Yep 1/10. Killed the attack on several occasions by bad passes over shoulders etc. poor last tackle option taking a run on the last straight into the defence and was tackled easily when we were just 10m out, handover. That would be forgivable for a rookie but not for a 10yr veteran. Constantly kills the attack. He is usually a good defender but was off in that regard as well today. Yes did score a try, but didn’t promote towards the goal post when he could have. I didn’t see him set one up, that was done earlier in the passage. Overall the bad far exceeds the good. I’d like to see him turn that around but I’m not holding my breath. He lacks footy smarts.@avocadoontoast scored a try and set one up and that is a 1/10 fair dinkum
@avocadoontoast said he was a 7 who has won Dally m halfback of the year in the past. His attributes are his speed and 3 games in to this year i would prefer him as the 6. Think it takes the pressure off him
I have never rated Douihie in any position tbh, so means we need a 7 and for 2023 wakeham I it I guess

Its Sheens so I have no idea what he will do. IMO neither Brooks or Doueihi deserve to play 6 or 7 in first grade based on this game, the preceeding 2 games and in Brooks case, the preceding 5 years. IMO Doueihi was slightly worse than Brooks and that is the only thing saving Brooks IMO.
@mike as Sheens puts it mike if he is not scoring 2 tries and setting up 3 then he gets criticism . Did he play a great game today, no but it was not that bad today probably 5/10 did some good things
@tiger5150 slightly worse than Brooks, AD was disgraceful at 6 and also at 1. We can't magic up a player for next week it's either AD or Brooks at 6 or Laurie but think he is on the outer.
Am a little concerned wakeham came on fresh and looked good against tired players but should be picked against storm

Yes it was that bad. I would have hooked him along with Doueihi, who was even worse. Both were a liability today. I don’t care if Brooks scores or not, as long as he doesn’t stifle the attack which he did on numerous occasions. Brooks is Sheens second love child(after Fitzhenry), what else do you expect Sheens to say of Brooks.@mike as Sheens puts it mike if he is not scoring 2 tries and setting up 3 then he gets criticism .
