The way we defend/attack kicks is absolutely pathetic and a huge black mark on the coaching team.

The management absolutely should be getting pelters for the current malaise, but I think it's lost in all that just how poorly coached this team appears to be.

redzone attract remains putrid. We seems to have lost the ability to make meters in yardage. Playing without halves is not fun.

bula is a freak.

That last Katoa try is rubbish. I pause and that is NOT a try but every Tigers try is reviewed in super slo mo

A lot of this Tigers effort looked like late season 2022, and that’s not good. Players who’ve shown real progress - To’a, Kapoa - have regressed.

The sheer lack of progress in attack (especially red zone attack) has to be about coaching. They often look like a scratch park team with the ball.

It’s hard to be positive. Defensive effort has slipped. This team might jag a win, but I cannot see them escaping a second spoon.

No way we get a win with these halves. Need Brooks back. Would like to see Brooks/Smith out of all the options available.

That try from hynes was complete inattention from smith at marker. Bula came close to pulling off a lovely trysaver though.

He did pull off the try saver.

In memory of Geoff Chisholm (1965-2022)

A better than expected performance. They really seemed to drop off after the Talau no try. We are still lacking in direction from the halves but this has been the issue all year no one who we e had in the halves.

Hardly gave him the ball and when they did it was from a standing start with the defence already almost upon him. Terrible playbook. Stef needs the ball running at full steam. That’s on the dummy half.

Opposition teams mark him heavily because we offer so little power attack in the forwards.

From last night both our starting front row should move to the bench next week. But they won’t, however I think one should. I’d even play Blore up front!!
