Thought Brooks was playing well. Drove me insane that the commentators blamed him for that second try. Blore and Talua got no one and left Brooks posted. Brooks nearly tackled them both.

When things got tough, Wakeham really stood up and stamped his authority......as a rank average reserve grade halfback. I'd be very happy to never see Tommy Talau or Shaun Blore ever play for Wests Tigers again. Would rather Seyfarth.. Forwards went missing for the first time this year with the exception of Bateman.
Thought Brooks was good before he got hurt. Bula went well, Noffa made errors in defence but put in a massive effort as did Tupou. Toa tried.
We went away from what has worked for us all year. We just stopped going up the middle in attack and on Tino's try Simpkin was the only defender in the middle. Papalii was sucking in seagulls early and never got in position in defence.
I am filthy with Sheens. We are not going well enough to start fiddling with what was very slowly starting to work. Moving Bateman from the edge, swapping Papalii left to right.
What happened to Api & Brooks is unbelieveably unlucky and we are going to seriously struggle without them but stupidity had set in before that. Cant put my feelings into words.

Poor passes. intercepts, terrible kicking and poor defence. One of the worst first grade performance I have seen.

I can't believe that just when we have some hope for the season, and beat Penrith, Dragons and smash the Cowboys the WT decide to sabotage the season.
Bring in Scott Fulton without Tim Sheens knowing about it, resulting in Warren Mc Donald leaving.
Offer Brooksey a half price contract just as he's playing his best football ever.
Tell a number of guys to find a new home and then pick half of them to play against the Titans and expect a win!

I don't agree on many of these. Fulton in and McDonnell out should have no impact on the current players at all.
Yes Brooks is in a run of form, but that run is 6 weeks long and frankly he deserves a substantial paycut based on the output of the last contract he got with Tigers. He's got to be at that level for many seasons in a row to justify bigger dollars.
The other blokes who might be let go - firstly that's rumour not fact, but if you are a guy like Blore and your next contract is one the line, and you put in a bad performance, then I'm sorry you are not cut for the NRL. Even if you are disappointed that the Tigers might let you go, you get an opportunity and you play great to either (a) win back credit at Tigers, or (b) impress potential suitors. Nobody is going to want to offer Talau, Blore or Wakeham a deal based on tonight's game. And Sheens may well have said "get out there and show me what you can do for the club" and they put in an abject performance.
I don't want to over-cook the point, but players who take easy excuses for bad play is precisely the issue for Tigers the past decade. You are going to have challenges and struggles in the NRL and there is never an easy week; you can't justify rubbish performances because maybe there's some rumours doing the rounds, or maybe your club doesn't think you are a good fit any more. This is not primary school.
Fool to anyone who though a team that started the season 0 and 7 was not going to put in more shockers between now and September.

Yeah, i don't think Bateman is a lock, he is just too unorthodox to play that role in my opinon.
Bateman will have a crack and do a job wherever you put him, but it totally mucked the pack around.

Brooks, bula, tupou, Noffa, maybe Bateman & Toa are my guesses to figure. All had a big crack. Klemmer was klemmer when he was on the field. It seemed the least minutes that klem played all year as well.
