Over recent years, IMO there has been a complacency that the Tigers have a large supporter base and can survive a decade of poor performance. IMO this is turning fast and the fact that we have only been allocated 6 FTA games is an early indicator. The club losing money last year another possible indicator. We need to turn things around quickly.
So true. Commercial complacency can lead to the business eroding out from under you and then 'all of a sudden' there is a massive collapse.
Hopefully this revue will indicate that swift change is absolutely necessary.
