Unbelievable news. Controversial but an absolute world wide legend, respect by all and loved by those who knew him. Cricket will never be the same.
What a shock to wake up to and hear this sad news of such a larger then life character who definitely lived his life to its fullest. RIP Warnie.

This one had left me really down today, truly one of my sporting idols. I bowled a little leg spin when I played so when he came on the scene he was close to my heart.
Some mates and I used to go to an odi or 2 each year. We had a banner that stated "Don’t worry Warnie, we are fat too!" Over the years fat was crossed out to include Warnie's latest off field endeavours. We had we smoke too, we bet too, we sxt too. I guess we should change it now to "Don’t worry Warnie, we will miss you too!"
This one will take a long time to sink in.
