I would like the guys to play like a professional NRL team. To play with skill and effort for 80 minutes and to look like there is some kind of game plan. Mostly, attitude in defence is the big thing for me.

Keen on seeing what Hastings brings to the team
Strong defensive effort is the main thing for me - attack will come but want to see improvement in defence

I'm not expecting attack to gel until a couple of games in. But I'd like to see them try to mix it up, even if it doesn't work out everything

keen to see Jake Simpkin think he is not far at all behind Liddle and has a future beyond 2023 at the club. A good game hopefully he gets a chance at 9 or at worst bench for round 1
