i still worry that we cant win the contact most of the time in the forwards.
It’s the same problem since as far back as I can remember.
The Tigers have no aggression and no intimidation factor. Our pack hardly get over the advantage line to get their opponents back pedalling in attack and don’t sting or drive players back in defence.
We very rarely get the better of opposition packs and that’s half the battle lost.

Wanna see more ball for left hand side. I think Toa and Gildart had to go looking for ball and didn’t get good service. Brooks alway looking for that no look short ball to Tuilagi. One trick pony.
See a bit of Paps /Ponga in Dillon ...the bomb wasn't good though .....have to bomb him in the trees again
@mickb exactly mate. Only a trial so no sleep will be lost but it sure feels like more of the same based on that first half.

Toa will be a good signing. I think he should be playing at the right centre. He's not a left winger once Kenny is fit. Some decent carries and caught high balls. He's got a role to play for 26 rounds

We'll have to agree to disagree. Going OK in a trial is just fine. We flogged Manly in the same game last year and it did nothing for our season. Being scored against with a player getting treatment was unlucky. My idea of a successful night will be no injuries.
