Excited for Toa - I've been very impressed when he's played - he seems to run it strongly and look to break tackles.
In saying that I've been really impressed with Roberts this year. That type of character to come back from his form last year and fight for a spot is a great influence on the team.
The best thing is that we have competition for spots, in what many thought was our weakest position - mid season we have AD, TT and AJ all returning also.
These positional competitions are the little areas that improve the team as a whole. And help find some interests and enjoyment even if we aren't winning atm

Couldn’t agree with you more on James Roberts.At least this year he’s received a bit of ball and has been unlucky not to score a couple of times.His defence has been really tight also.Just hope Starford’s defence is on song as the Sharks have genuine power and speed out wide.Same can be said for Olly Gildart being a lightweight and a target.
To win away would be sublime,but win or lose we just have to maintain composure and not implode like last year.If we fulfil that and compete to our ability,to me that is the true character assessment of this team and the real pointer as to where we’re at.Even if it means 0-5.Ouch!

I went out to watch Wests play yesterday against the Jets. We were pretty convincingly beaten. Only standout to me was our left side attack looked pretty good (Ogden and Tupou I think). Dillon at 1 was outplayed by his opposing 1 on multiple occasions. Rua was ok. too much trying to go over himself when near the line but his passing off the ground and out in front was notable.
It’s game day… woohoo !!!!
Looking forward to this one.
