I feel a bit sorry for JTJ. He can barely run. We look gassed and mistakes are killing us. Our defence looks better than it has in previous years but you can't keep defending poor mistakes.

Hastings has been poor but Brooks is completely hopeless. At the moment he’s not up to NRL.
@tigerlily Newcastle don’t want him, they have Clune who is running rings around an NRL veteran.

Disagree. Hastings being doing the job getting it out wide or probing around the ruck for slow forwards. The passes by Jake have been terrible today. High or behind and not where they need to be. Brooks is just brain dead, has absolutely no feel for the game at all.
Clifford is more effective kicking into the wind than Brooks is with the wind behind him.
Stef gets the job done.

Simpkin is a little bit to one dimensional for this team with the way their playing, seeing our halves have nothing to offer us at this stage.
