THats not correct. Hastings went to the left when Tuilagi had to go off and was replaced by Tamou. Tamou to middle, Hastings replaces Tuilagi.

Blown away how impressive Fonua Pole has been since he has come to grade.
Fully fit Ken = happy days and best winger at the club.
I like Naden. He is big, strong and fast and has been a good addition. Being able to play centre/wing is handy for us.
Like a few on here, think AJ Kapoa in the limited first grade games that he has had is really showing some good signs. Solid defence, good footwork and strength, nice passes to finish off a few of our backline moves and doesn't seem to panic.
Hastings must be resigned/extended immediately.

I dont think you sign Madden until you know what you are doing with Brooks we can't carry all of them. If we keep Brooks who is under contract for 2023 then what does Madden do play nsw cup.

Adam Douehi sensational tonight and an inspiration.
His play off a seven tackle set in the second half when he dragged defenders to the half way line was a momentum shifter and swung the game in our favour.

I don't really care where Hastings plays as long as he plays.
People like to criticise but on close inspection he does so many 1 percenters in a game. Tidies up in defence, catches kicks, calls players into line, organisers forwards and is always there for dummy half when needed.
He is class, has a sensational passing game and is the apogean football brain.

My thoughts,
Gutsy game by our middle tonight. Never really dominated but they ate up some intense plays. Broncos pack is pretty impressive and to hold and then push them back was awesome. That is where the game was won.
I thougth Laurie was great, some real gutsy stuff and noticed him a lot busier organising defence. Seems to be coming into himself.
Ken M was enormous. Dont think he is fit but effort on effort.
Madden held his own. That pass to Kelma was great as was the backing up. There wasnt a lot more to right home about but looked at home. Defence is poor.
Im going to say it.......it needs to be said. Adam Doueihi is NOT a 5/8. Completely rubbish game in first half and good game as a centre in second half. Good grubber but other than that nothings that suggests he has a clue how to play 5/8. Great runner of the ball. If I see him receive the ball 5m behind the ad line and do that stupid jog to the right as he rolls the ball out the back to a player standing still 2m in a worse position again, Ill lose it.
Hastings good game. Joffa great as always, Toa & Kapaoa solid games and good defensively. Had a bit thrown at them.
Peachey should never play another 1st grade game for us. Simpkin should be there.
Very proud of the boys and happy for them.

He replaced the guy that was helping Madden before that. That is a second rowers job. He just replaced a player that need replacing because he was off the field. If it wasnt HAstings it would have been someone else.
