Live game day thread Rd 10 v Cowboys

Want to give Tupou a wrap ...he was pretty good ...few defensive misreads ...but did pretty well ...far more upside than a few of our other fringe backline players

@roachy totally agree. Effort and heart was there and has been for week but when you’re so many players when initially the squad is only average anyways does hurt a lot.

Tough effoet from the boys tonight.

We were behind the 8ball from the start with injuries having to play the 2 juniors.

Then to lose simpkon and Brooks - we did very well to keep competing.

All this is building the team experience. Once we get our AD, Laurie back, the boys will go up 2 gears.

I can watch games like that and it doesn't wreck my weekend, being Sunday night helps 😂I'm an old Tiger 63 years old, if they have a go I'm happy, to the podcast crew no I don't except mediocrity, I find you very negative

Take out the 6 minutes before HT ....I agree ....they didn't drop their buckets in the sand no matter what crap calls we got

the 5 day turnaround is gonna hurt ...and the Dogs with a new coach .....

The Dolphins coming into the comp makes it harder to sign players. We’ve really got to hope Gildart improves into season ‘23

With all the technology these ref’s have at their disposal it just blow’s my mind that they can make such blatant mistakes such as we saw tonight.

No wonder fans are walking away from the game when you have such one sided refereeing that borders on cheating by the referee’s.

Personally I think Clubs/Coaches should have every right to question the poor refereeing decisions that are made during games without fear of copping a fine.

Especially when there is so much money tied up in the game today.

I follow the sport for enjoyment 

I'm happy if I can go into each game with hope we can win it, and watch the boys put in, have a go.

11 years of non finals just gets frustrating and rubs everyone the wrong way at times.

This is why I’d give him another crack at right wing next week and play Noffa at 1, To’a at centre. We haven’t got much to lose! 
Besides Kapoa and To’a at centoa really does have a ring to it 🤪😅😂
