What to do with the lock position is the most intriguing aspect of the coming rounds. I imagine they’ll want to continue with those new systems and structures, our attack is much improved with Tuilagi and Doueihi in particular looking dangerous on their edges.

Another option is to rotate Peachey and Nu Brown at lock, both can ball play and Peachey seems more disciplined and focused than earlier in the season, he’s an instinctive ad lib player who thrives on offloads and disrupted defensive lines. Bring in both Liddle and Simpkin to share the hooking role.

I feel Matamua is better suited to the lock role but they may want to go with the more experienced options. Matamua looked off the pace in his recent outing on the left edge. He’ll get another chance but I think he needs to play in the middle with a simple roll of tackling everything and carry the ball forward. It might be a bit early for him to fill that key ball distributor role, he needs to get used to the pace, rhythm and collisions of NRL first.

The front row rotation is going really well for us at the moment, with Jaffa leading the way, keep it going - more please.
